Labiaplasty reduces the size and reshapes the inner lips of the outside of the vagina or the Labia Minora, or the outer lips, called Labia Majora. The procedure is typically used for cosmetic reasons to correct Labia Minora that is too large, irregular, or asymmetrical, or stretched and elongated labia as a result of childbirth or aging.
