Dr. Rauff graduated from the University of Costa Rica in 1988, and stayed to complete his residency in gynecology. He completed a fellowship in gynecologic endoscopy at the University of Kiel in Germany. He is Board-Certified in gynecologic endoscopy. Dr. Rauff has authored several publications, Gynecological Forms Chapter 5(Chronic Pelvic Pain), Gynecological Forms Chapter 9 (Ectopic Pregnancy), Gynecological Forms Chapter 13 (Laparoscopy), and Vaginal Hysterectomy Assisted by Video Laparoscopy (First Experiences in Costa Rica). He is a former service coordinator of OB-GYN at Hospital CIMA in Costa Rica.
